Excellent experience

I came with my son and granddaughter and it was absolutely amazing, great viewing points and nice clean tanks, it was a fantastic day and 100% another visit will be planned

the grandchildren loved it  , the staff were knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions and friendly too . I always enjoy this trip

Great aquarium!

Had a wonderful time, so much to see, very informative. Says should take about 45 minutes but there was so much to see it was almost double that. The only issue I had was that the lift at the beginning was not working so I found 2 flights of stairs quite awkward due to mobility issues, but these things happen and can't be helped and it didn't particularly spoil the experience but would have been a problem for anyone in a wheelchair.

Brilliant. But Ben fogle needs to be on a longer loop. Made us rush through after 5 mins listening to him

A lovely day out. Fun for all ages. Loved thr shark tank especially, catching the rsys as they swam past was an awesome sight. Cherry on top? The Turtle.. no watching someone have an experience with penguin feeding!

Had a booking but because of covid had to reschedule and they was so helpful

I booked tickets and also got the refund payment. I booked tickets to go to Sea Life in London where I am also from. What they don’t show you on the website is that this is a French company and in order to get a refund you have to contact France. I called and was told my booking details were not showing and then was told I would get an email within 10 minutes which did not happen. I called the next day and asked for a refund and they hung up on me p.s I did also email them too. I ended up calling my bank to get a refund and told them I was being fraud by this website.

A day out at the London Aquarium. Tickets bought the night before online with a discount. Very easy and straightforward.
Our 1.5 year old loved it. Very buggy friendly and has changing facilities. Lots of places on the Southbank to eat that cater for families with young children.

Tout était très bien sauf peut-être des précisions quand à la façon de récupérer les tickets times. Pour Mme TUSSAUD, bien qu'ayant acheté mon ticket par votre intermédaire, j'ai dù faire la visite le lendemain du jour où je m'y suis présentée et pourtant j'y étais à 13h30.

Tout s’est bien passé l’aquarium Sea life, London Eye) sauf pour Madame Tussaud’s, très mal organisé pour réserver la date/heure de la visite. Un agent nous a fait attendre dans une queue pas possible, puis un autre nous a fait changer la file pour rien puis une autre nous a renvoyé à la première et finalement en nous révoltant et 1h plus tard, une autre a fait plus simple en nous faisant la réservation et dit qu’on n’avait pas à être dans cette file d’attente.

Avantageux financièrement d'acheter les billets sur internet pour plusieurs activités à la fois mais gros bémol : il vous faudra faire la file comme tous le monde pour récupérer des billets au guichet car le e-billet ne vous permets pas d'éviter la file!!! Grosse déception.

Déçue par la london eye. Très chère. Station debout durant toute l’activité. Pas assez de places assises. difficultés pour profiter du panorama au vue du nombre de touristes et des selfies et autres photos prises par ceux là même. Ce que je comprends. Envisagez de limiter le nombre de passagers par bulle ! Nous ne conseillons pas cette activité.
Il y a d’autres moyens plus sympa d’admirer la tamise et Londres !

C’etait Très facile d’acceder A ces attractions à part l’acces À madame Tussaud mais c’est à cause d’une mauvaise indication à la porte 1 sinon c’etait Parfait je recommande vivement

Es hat alles gut geklappt.
Man wundert sich nur, dass man trotz der bereits vorher gebuchten und bezahlten Tickets in zwei Schlangen anstehen muss. Und zwar zunächzt in der Schlange, als hätte man gar kein Ticket. Das ist ärgerlich, jedoch vermutlich der Mengensteuerung geschuldet...

Il y en a pour tous les goûts ! Petite attraction taxi et petite séance cinéma très originale !! Merci j'en garde un très bon souvenir ! Bon rapport qualité prix
